Build around a real routine
Start with the steps your customer actually uses: eyeshadow, blush, contour or bronzer, highlighter and—when the formula and pan plan allow—lip or cream color.
Private label face and eye palette manufacturer
Develop a private label makeup palette combining eyeshadow, blush, contour, bronzer, highlighter and lip or cream color. We turn your AI-generated concept into a workable paperboard palette structure, custom pan layout, formula brief and sampling route.
Why all-in-one still works
An all-in-one palette gives customers a coordinated look without asking them to choose every item separately. For a brand, it creates a stronger story, a higher-value hero product and an easy format for travel, gifting, tutorials and creator-led launches.
Start with the steps your customer actually uses: eyeshadow, blush, contour or bronzer, highlighter and—when the formula and pan plan allow—lip or cream color.
A larger palette is not automatically better. The most useful layouts balance everyday base shades, defining shades and one or two visual accents without creating pans customers ignore.
Undertone, depth and finish should work across the face. We review the shade sequence, category balance and pan sizes so the palette reads as one collection.

Palette architecture
Private label and OEM/ODM development
SindeBella develops private label face palettes and custom all-in-one makeup palettes for beauty brands. A single palette can combine eyeshadow, blush, contour or bronzer, highlighter and selected lip or cream products. We coordinate the formula direction, shade selection, custom pan layout, paperboard palette packaging, sampling and production plan around one approved brief.
A practical starting route for brands with an original concept, a defined customer and the budget to develop a multi-category hero product.
Plan pan count, pan sizes, undertones and finishes as one usable face-and-eye routine instead of unrelated colors.
Use available aluminum pans or review a custom aluminum pan shape. Plastic and metal structures follow a higher-volume tooling route.
We translate the reference image into dimensions, dielines, construction details, formula requirements and a prototype that can be approved.
Paperboard concept directions
These images are design references, not ready-made products. A paperboard route gives us more freedom to explore folds, wings, curves, inserts and printed storytelling while keeping the entry quantity practical for market testing.

Custom makeup palette packaging
An AI concept may show any silhouette, but the packaging route controls the realistic quantity, tooling, cost and schedule.

Use available round, square, rectangular or triangular aluminum pans, or review a custom pan shape from 1,000 pieces. Printed artwork, matte or gloss lamination, foil, embossing, spot UV, magnets, mirrors, drawers and multi-layer folds can be considered from the approved design.
A new body, hinge, closure or internal layout normally requires tooling. New-structure development is approximately 4–6 months and covers design, mold development, testing and sample revisions; mass-production time is additional.
Suitable when weight, finish and long-term brand architecture justify the larger development commitment. Mold cost is quoted after engineering review; the 4–6-month development period does not include mass production.
Plan the investment before development
This is a multi-category product, not a stock compact with a logo added. The final cost reflects the number and size of pans, formulas, powder fill weights, paper structure, finishes and assembly.
For a custom aluminum pan and several matching powder-embossing molds. More unusual shapes can cost more. A custom pan shape can start from 1,000 pieces, subject to design review.
A common range for a standard digital packaging sample using selected formulas. Printed packaging with custom formula work generally starts from US$400. Complex structures are quoted from the design.
Typical sampling time. Mass production is commonly 45–60 working days, depending on quantity and product complexity.
A stronger fit
This route is most relevant for an established or well-prepared beauty brand, creator brand, retailer, distributor, collaboration or seasonal launch with a defined customer, sales channel and product budget.
From image to manufacturable palette
We first convert the visual idea into specifications that can be priced, sampled and produced. This protects the project from quoting a shape or mechanism that cannot be manufactured as shown.

Confirm target quantity, market, palette contents, material, size, target price and required launch date.
Our designer translates the AI visual into a workable layout with dimensions, folds, closures, mirror and pan positions.
Select the product categories, shades and finishes. We check available aluminum pans or review a custom pan shape.
Once the structure and formula direction are clear, we prepare an estimated product price and identify any required mold or sampling cost.
Depending on the project, this may begin with a white paper dummy, 3D sample or printed structure before formula-filled samples.
Final dimensions, artwork, colors, pans, formulas and sample are approved before mass production.

Practical questions
Not accurately. The image communicates the intended look but normally does not define dimensions, board thickness, hinges, closures, mirror, pan sizes or assembly. We first confirm the brief and convert it into a workable structure before reliable pricing.
For a 1,000-piece paperboard project with approximately 10–18 colors/pans, the ex-factory estimate can include the printed paper palette, mirror, available aluminum pans, selected formulas, filling or powder pressing, assembly, individual outer box and simple graphic design support. Sampling, paid structural design, molds, freight and duty are separate.
Yes, depending on the formula and layout. Finished palettes can ship with a removable PVC protective film over the product surface. After the customer removes it, a standard paperboard palette does not provide a separate airtight sealing system for each cream pan, so the product combination and expected use need review.
Yes. Available pans include round, square, rectangular and triangular options; exact sizes are matched during project review. Custom aluminum pan and powder-embossing tooling commonly costs US$1,500–2,500, with more unusual shapes costing more. A custom pan can start from 1,000 pieces, subject to design review.
A standard digital packaging sample using selected formulas is commonly US$250–350. Printed packaging combined with custom formula development generally starts from US$400. Complex structures or finishes are quoted after the design is reviewed.
Yes. Structural design can be provided as a separately paid service. The design fee is charged independently and is not automatically deducted from a later production order.
Paperboard sampling commonly takes 15–25 working days. Mass production commonly takes 45–60 working days, depending on quantity and complexity. Plastic or metal new-structure development is approximately 4–6 months before the additional production period.
Send the AI concept or public reference link, intended products, approximate pan count, target quantity, target market, retail price, budget, preferred material, approximate size and launch plan. Mark which visual details are essential and which can change.
Qualified project review
Tell us who the palette is for, what it contains and how you plan to sell it. A complete brief lets us check whether the concept, quantity and budget are aligned before paid design or sampling begins.
