The price will vary depending on what products you would like to include in a start-up order, however we will work with you to ensure your budget requirements are met.

Ans: If you want to start from wholesale our brand, MOQ only needs to be 100pcs or sets, some products only needs to be 50pcs or sets.

For customized products, the minimum order quantity is 500 pcs or sets and above, selected our packaging option and formulas.

If you want to bespoke the packaging and develop the formula, the minimum order quantity is from 5000-12000pcs.

Ans: Samples are available for stock products with our design, full-sized products, you can mix colors, samples will be sent out after we get your payment and confirmation for the colors you want.

Ans: We sell to high end spas, salons and makeup artists. Many sell under their own brand and because of confidentiality we cannot give out their names. As a manufacturer, we sell business-to-business exclusively.

Ans: Our products are not certified vegan. Some ingredients may be suitable for Vegans while others may not be.

There can also be a slight difference of opinion amongst Vegan consumers. The ingredients are on each box so they can easily be shared with Vegan consumers and staff to allow them to make the decision that is best for them.

We are based in Guangzhou China.

Ans: There will be three shipping options, express delivery, by air and by sea. Express delivery is the most expensive one but you can get the products in the shortest time. Shipping by sea takes the longest time but it is best choice to stock products to lower down your cost.

For orders weighing above 100kg, we suggest shipping by sea. Do note that delivery time varies for different destinations and it takes longer time in busy seasons.

If you are located in some Africa area, it would be better that you can provide us your Chinese shipping agents.

ANS: Normally it takes 15 buiness days when QTY at 500pcs and directly print your design on our stock palette options. If big quantity over 1000pcs or need to completely design the palette, it takes 25-35 working days.
