Choose the Right Route
What Type of Sample Do You Need?
Formula Samples
For evaluating shade, texture, finish and other agreed product requirements before production.
Please prepare: product type, target shade or Pantone reference, texture and finish direction, reference sample if available, packaging format and target market.
Packaging Samples
For reviewing component shape, material, decoration direction and compatibility requirements.
Please prepare: artwork or design files, dimensions, material preference, decoration method, color reference and the formula or filling format.
Before Sampling Starts
A Clear Brief Helps Us Prepare the Right Sample
Send Your Requirements
Tell us the exact product, formula or packaging direction and the market you plan to sell in.
Confirm Feasibility and Cost
We review the request and confirm the sampling scope, estimated cost and information still needed.
Pay the Sampling Fee
Sampling is scheduled after the agreed fee and required technical information are received.
Review the Sample
We may share photos or video before shipment. You then evaluate the physical sample and provide consolidated feedback.
Approve or Revise
Once the direction is approved, we can discuss the production order and final commercial details.
Packaging Sampling
Confirm the Details That Affect the Final Result
- Component shape, size and material
- Color reference and surface finish
- Logo artwork and decoration method
- Formula and packaging compatibility requirements
- Target order quantity and launch schedule
Samples are development references. Final production details should be confirmed in writing before a bulk order is placed.
Timing and Shipping
Estimated Lead Time
The current standard estimate is 15–25 working days after the sampling fee and complete technical information are received. Complexity and revisions can affect timing.
Before Shipment
Where practical, photos or video may be shared for preliminary confirmation before the physical sample is dispatched.
Courier Cost
Samples are commonly sent by FedEx, DHL or an available air-shipping agent. Shipping costs are paid by the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Sampling Fee
When Can the Sampling Fee Be Credited?
The sampling fee may be credited against a subsequent production order when all agreed conditions are met:
- The sample has been approved.
- A formal production order is placed within two months after sample receipt.
- The order meets the previously agreed MOQ or minimum order value.
- The credit excludes courier and shipping costs.
Important: The sampling fee is normally shown as a credit on the qualifying production invoice, rather than issued as a separate cash refund. Confirm the applicable terms with our team before payment because project requirements can differ.
Common Questions
Sample Request FAQ
Can I request both formula and packaging samples?
Yes. Tell us whether you need formula development, packaging evaluation or both so the scope and cost can be confirmed correctly.
When does the sampling timeline begin?
Scheduling begins after the agreed sampling fee and all required technical information have been received.
Is the shipping fee refundable?
No. The current sampling-fee credit conditions exclude courier and shipping costs.
Does every production order qualify for a sampling-fee credit?
No. The sample must be approved, the production order must be placed within the stated period, and it must meet the agreed MOQ or minimum order value.
What should I do if I am not sure what sample I need?
Send us the product category, target market, expected quantity and any reference product. We can clarify which sampling route fits the project.
