Build a Complete Eye Look
Base, transition, depth and highlight shades can work together in one easy-to-understand product.
Private label eyeshadow manufacturer
Develop eyeshadow around the result your customer wants—from wearable daily palettes to professional high-pigment color, soft cushion textures, liquid formats and multichrome effects. We coordinate formula, shade planning and suitable palette or component packaging as one project.

Eyeshadow category overview
A palette gives customers several looks in one product and gives a brand more room to express its color identity than a single shade. It can add a higher-value item to a lip-led range, support seasonal launches and encourage repeat interest through new color stories—without forcing every customer into an advanced makeup routine.
Base, transition, depth and highlight shades can work together in one easy-to-understand product.
The shade story, finishes and artwork create a recognizable product for campaigns, creators and retail displays.
For brands already selling lip or face products, a coordinated eye palette can broaden the routine and raise the value of a collection.
Current product direction
Instead of treating “trend” as one temporary color, we use the product direction to decide what deserves space in the palette.
Smaller, clearer color stories reduce duplicate shades and make the intended look easier for the customer to understand.
Matte transition shades combined with shimmer, pearl or a focused special-effect shade create more range without making every pan extreme.
Soft cushion textures, wet-look shine and multichrome shifts give brands a product difference that can be demonstrated visually.
Choose the right route
Your palette quantity should match the degree of formula, structure and finish customization you need.
01 · 500 PIECESThe entry route for a branded palette using an available paper structure and existing shades.
02 · 1,000–3,000 PIECESFor projects needing a special paper structure, custom pan shape, color direction or changes to a suitable formula base.
03 · 6,000–10,000 PIECESA higher-volume route for durable components, specialized finishes or a more proprietary packaging direction.
Existing color selection
The 250-color and 170-color charts are two existing factory reference systems, not one list split into two pages. Their finish groupings and available shades are different. We choose the library after confirming the formula direction, finish mix and palette concept.

Screen color is only a selection reference. Final shade approval is based on the physical sample. Include the library, finish and shade number in your inquiry.

Formula performance
The right formula depends on the customer, selling price and makeup result—not simply the largest shade range.
A more economical route for wearable color, easy everyday application and mainstream palettes. It suits brands building accessible daily makeup rather than maximum one-swipe color.
Uses a different pigment grade and formula system for stronger color payoff, smoother application and longer wear. It is designed for professional makeup positioning and higher-end brands. MOQ: 3,000 pieces per shade and 3,000 palettes.
A physical sample is required for custom development. The sampling charge includes the additional raw-material cost used for the sample.
Texture and format
SindeBella can develop multiple eyeshadow formats. Not every texture has an existing stock sample, so special formats may require development and packaging review before quotation.

The most familiar palette format. Available directions include matte, shimmer, pearl, glitter and mixed-finish color stories.

A soft, cushiony pressed texture with a different pickup and sensory feel from conventional dry powder. It requires sample evaluation.

Color-shifting effects for statement singles and premium accent shades. Pigment direction, base color and visible shift should be defined during sampling.

For smooth application, metallic shine or concentrated accent color. Formula viscosity must be matched with the jar, tube or applicator.

A portable format for quick application and targeted color. The formula must suit the stick mechanism and intended glide.

Suitable for high-impact sparkle or specialty effects. Sifter, jar, closure and powder control need to be considered with the formula.
The exact MOQ depends on the texture and its packaging. These formats require sampling, and the sampling fee includes the raw materials used. Packaging is not restricted to one format, but it must be reviewed for formula compatibility and supplier MOQ.
Palette color planning
Start with the customer’s makeup routine and build a usable color story. The examples below are planning frameworks, not fixed palette templates.
Combine light base shades, mid-tone transition colors, one or two deeper defining shades and a controlled shimmer highlight.
Plan a wider light-to-deep range, reliable blending shades and high-pigment accents for professional artistry and premium positioning.
Use multichrome, pearl, glitter or unusual textures as hero shades, supported by practical transition and depth colors.
When sending a brief, identify the intended customer, target market, price position, pan count, preferred finishes and any reference palette. Then list the shade-chart name and shade number for each selected color.
Packaging coordination
Pressed powder, soft cushion, cream, liquid, stick and loose formats do not use the same filling or package structure. This page covers the eyeshadow product decision; our dedicated packaging page explains pan sizes, paper palettes, compacts and custom structures in detail.

Sampling and documentation
Custom texture, special pigments and high-pigment formulas require a physical sample. The sampling charge includes the raw materials used for that sample.
Vegan, cruelty-free and paraben-free options are available within SindeBella’s eyeshadow formula range. The final statement must match the selected formula.
Raw-material MSDS and COA support are available. Final market, label and document requirements are confirmed against the approved formula and destination.
AI concept to manufacturable palette
Many brands now bring us AI-generated multi-purpose palette concepts with unusual pan shapes, mixed eye-and-face colors or trend-led finishes. We use that image as a visual reference, then turn it into dimensions, materials, drawings, tooling and a physical sample that can actually be manufactured.

We first confirm quantity, intended material, overall size, pan count, functions, finishes and the details that matter most.
The AI image is not a production drawing. Our designer redraws the structure with dimensions and checks whether the shape, opening, pans and materials are workable.
We confirm the eyeshadow or multi-purpose formulas, pan shapes, filling method and component compatibility before estimating the project route.
Once the design direction is workable, we provide an estimated product price. If molds or special tooling are required, those costs are quoted separately.
After the customer accepts the route, MOQ and estimated cost, we prepare a physical sample or 3D prototype for handling, fit and visual review.
The customer checks the sample. We adjust the agreed details, confirm the final sample and use that approved version as the production reference.
Production begins only after the final formula, colors, structure, artwork and sample are approved in writing.
Include the target quantity, market, palette dimensions if known, preferred material, required functions, shade or formula references, target price position and which visual details from the AI image must be preserved.
