1. Develop new shades: satisfied with our formula, and required to develop your specific or unique new shades according to our formula.- USD 50 per shade, and each shade minimum order quantity is 1000-3000 per piece when bulk order.

2. Replicate the formula: provide actual samples, and require our laboratory to analyze the formulation list and develop a similar formula.- USD 80 per shade, and each shade minimum order quantity is 1000-3000 per piece when bulk order.

Q1: What are your laboratory steps to develop my formula?

Ans: Firstly, please let us know the specific features you would like in your desired product. If you have any formulas from another brand, kindly send us 1-2 real samples for accurate analysis. Our laboratory will then work towards restoring the formula to an 88%-95% similarity with the original. The process can take 1-2 weeks, depending on the complexity of the task.

Secondly, our team will conduct safety and stability tests on the new formula to ensure it is suitable for the skin and has a long shelf life. This usually takes around 2 weeks. Once everything is confirmed, we will ship samples for you to test the quality. You can give us feedback and we will adjust accordingly before sending you new samples for further testing.

Finally, we will carry out packaging compatibility tests to ensure the formula is suitable for the chosen containers. Once everything is in order, we can begin mass production.

Q3: Does your formula development meet local FDA cosmetics standards?

Ans: Yes, the formula we develop can comply with European/US FDA or other cosmetics standards, you should tell us the target country first. We prioritize the safety and quality of our products, and as a result, all our formulations meet the stringent regulations set forth by European authorities.
We strictly adhere to the guidelines outlined in the EU Cosmetic Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009, which ensures the highest level of safety and efficacy for cosmetics products sold in the European market.

Additionally, our manufacturing processes and facilities are certified with GMPC/ISO 22716, further confirming our commitment to meeting and exceeding industry standards. If you have any specific requests regarding our formulas, such as replacing certain ingredients or adding particular ones, we are more than willing to accommodate your needs.
