PACKAGING TYPES

Boxes and Printed Pieces for a Makeup Launch

You do not need to choose every box at once. Tell us what you are selling, how it will be shipped and what the customer should see first. We can then narrow the brief to the packaging that is actually useful.

SINDEBELLA cosmetic folding boxes
01

Cosmetic Folding Boxes | MOQ 100

The carton customers see around an individual makeup product. We start with the product dimensions, then work out the opening style and artwork area.

Suggested for: lipstick, lip gloss, mascara, palettes, powders and other retail units.
SINDEBELLA ecommerce mailer boxes
03

Mailer Boxes | MOQ 300

The branded box an online customer opens. It can hold product cartons, tissue, a card and stickers without turning every order into a PR kit.

Suggested for: online orders, subscription boxes and small launch bundles.
SINDEBELLA shipping boxes
04

Shipping Boxes | MOQ 500

An outer carton for protecting packed products in transit. The right size depends on what sits inside and whether there is already a mailer or gift box underneath.

Suggested for: ecommerce fulfillment, multipacks and wholesale cartons.
SINDEBELLA rigid gift boxes
05

Rigid Gift Boxes | MOQ 100

A firm, reusable-feeling box for sets that need more presence than a folding carton. Lid style and insert layout are chosen around the products, not from appearance alone.

Suggested for: holiday sets, premium bundles and customer gifting.
SINDEBELLA magnetic boxes
06

Magnetic Boxes | MOQ 100

A hinged presentation box with a magnetic close. It works best when the insert, lid depth and product height are planned together.

Suggested for: PR collections, sales presentations and gift sets.
SINDEBELLA drawer boxes
07

Drawer Boxes | MOQ 300

A sleeve-and-tray box that opens by pulling the inner drawer. It is useful when you want a compact set to feel deliberate without using a large lid box.

Suggested for: sample selections, compact sets and limited releases.
SINDEBELLA labels stickers and cards
08

Labels, Stickers & Brand Inserts | MOQ 500

The smaller pieces customers handle during unboxing: seals, shade cards, product notes and thank-you cards. They can share the same artwork without being identical.

Suggested for: box seals, shade guides, care cards, thank-you cards and printed inserts.

PUT THE WHOLE SET TOGETHER

Make the Product, Carton and Unboxing Feel Like One Brand

A lipstick carton, PR box and ecommerce mailer do different jobs, but they should still look like they belong together. We can organize the sizes, artwork and printed pieces around the products in your launch instead of treating each item as a separate project.

BEFORE WE QUOTE

The Details That Turn an Idea into a Packaging Brief

01

Size

Product dimensions come first. We also need to know how many items sit inside and whether the box needs an insert.

02

Printing

Send your logo, colors and required product information. Artwork space changes with the box structure.

03

Finishes

Foil, texture and other surface details are discussed after the box and printing route are clear.

04

Inserts

An insert should hold each product securely and make it easy to remove. Product dimensions are needed before it can be planned.

05

Structure

Mailer, drawer, magnetic and rigid boxes open differently. The best choice depends on how the box will be packed, shipped and opened.

06

Brand Accessories

Add only the pieces the customer will use: seals, shade cards, thank-you cards or short product guides.

HOW THE PROJECT MOVES

What Happens after You Send the Brief

  1. 01

    Send the Basics

Tell us what goes inside, the quantity, destination country and any box references you already have.

  2. 02

    Set the Box and Size

We use the product dimensions and intended use to narrow the structure before pricing.

  3. 03

    Prepare Artwork and Sample

Once the dieline is clear, artwork can be placed and the appropriate sample route confirmed.

  4. 04

    Approve the Final Specification

Production is arranged only after the size, structure, printing and approved reference are confirmed.

BEFORE YOU SEND A BRIEF

Questions We Usually Hear before Quoting

Can SINDEBELLA make packaging for makeup products ordered from you?

Yes. If SINDEBELLA is making the makeup, we can plan the product dimensions, folding carton and presentation packaging in the same brief. This is often easier than sizing the boxes after the products are finished.

Can I order packaging only?

Yes, you can send a packaging-only enquiry. Include the product or box dimensions, quantity and destination country so we can check whether there is a workable supply route.

What information is needed for a quote?

Start with the packaging type, quantity, country and what goes inside. Product dimensions, artwork status and a reference image help us get to a useful answer faster.

Do I need to know my exact box size?

No. Send the length, width and height of the product, or list every item that needs to fit inside. The box size can be worked out after the arrangement is clear.

Can you help plan packaging around my products?

Yes. Tell us whether the products will be sold individually, shipped as ecommerce orders or sent together as a PR set. That changes the box and insert you need.

Can I customize the logo, colors and printing?

Yes. Send the logo file, color references and any existing brand guidelines. The printing options that make sense will depend on the box, quantity and supplier.

Can product cartons and PR boxes use the same branding?

Yes. They can share colors, typography and graphic elements while using layouts that fit each structure. They do not need to be exact copies of one another.

What is the MOQ?

There is no single MOQ for every box. It changes with the structure, size, printing and supplier, so we confirm it against the actual packaging brief.

Can I order a sample first?

Usually, yes, but the sample type depends on what needs checking. A plain structural sample answers a different question from a fully printed sample. We will confirm the option and cost after the box specification is clear.

SEND YOUR PACKAGING BRIEF

Tell Us What You Need to Pack

Start with the products, quantity and country. If you do not know the box size yet, send the product dimensions or list what needs to fit inside. References are useful, but a finished packaging design is not required.
