SINDEBELLA private label eyebrow pencils, brow gels, brow powders and brow styling products

Private label brow product manufacturer

Eyebrow Pencil and Brow Makeup Manufacturing for Beauty Brands

Develop an eyebrow pencil, brow gel, brow soap, powder or pomade around a realistic quantity, shade plan and packaging route. Existing formulas with logo decoration start from 500 pieces; deeper formula or component changes require a larger production plan.

Choose the product first

Different brow products solve different parts of the routine

A workable brow collection begins with the result the customer wants: precise definition, soft filling, added color, hair hold or a laminated effect. Most formats below are available with mature formulas and existing packaging; wooden pencils are reviewed separately.

Mechanical Brow Pencil

For outlining, filling sparse areas and drawing controlled strokes. Existing options include standard mechanical and fine-tip plastic twist-up pencils.

  • Define tip shape and line width
  • Plan shades by depth and undertone
  • Match payoff with smooth application

Liquid Brow Pen

For fine, hair-like marks and more detailed brow definition. The applicator, flow and color payoff must work together.

  • Check line control and drying
  • Avoid overly heavy color deposit
  • Plan practical brown and black-brown shades

Clear or Tinted Brow Gel

For setting brow hairs, adding color or creating a fuller look. Clear gel avoids shade planning; tinted gel requires the brush and color to be selected together.

  • Hold without tightness
  • No visible flaking or whitening
  • Brush suited to the intended result

Brow Soap or Wax

For lifted, brushed-up or laminated-style brows. The focus is lasting hold, clean application and a comfortable finish.

Brow Powder

For softer filling and easy shade blending. It can be developed as a single shade or a compact combination when the packaging and quantity support it.

Brow Pomade

For stronger definition and more concentrated color. The formula should balance smooth pickup, controlled payoff, wear and resistance to smudging.

Project routes and quantities

Quantity depends on how much you need to change

For most buyers, the practical starting point is an existing formula, existing shade and existing component with brand decoration. A custom formula often also requires custom component work, which moves the project into a much higher quantity.

01 · NORMAL PRIVATE LABEL ROUTE

Existing Formula + Logo — 500 Pieces

Select a mature product, available shade and current package. Shades may be mixed within the same product and package from 100 pieces per shade.

  • Existing component structure
  • Logo decoration on the current package
  • Recommended route for a commercial first order
02 · LIMITED WHITE LABEL BACKUP

Selected Products — From 100 Pieces

White label is offered only when a buyer genuinely cannot reach the normal 500-piece route and only for selected available products such as mechanical pencils, brow gels or brow soaps.

  • From 100 pieces total
  • From 50 pieces per available shade
  • No custom formula or component changes
03 · CUSTOM DEVELOPMENT

Formula or Product Changes — 6,000–12,000 Pieces

Custom colors, formula adjustments and new development are reviewed with the packaging requirement. Small brow components have tighter filling and compatibility requirements.

  • Commonly 6,000–12,000 pieces
  • Applies across mechanical, wooden, liquid and gel-type routes
  • Final MOQ follows the approved formula and component

A 500-piece order does not include a redesigned component.

Changing the component color, surface treatment, structure or mold is not part of the existing-package route. Any change to the primary component starts from 12,000 pieces; structural development also carries a separate mold charge.

Shade planning

Build a useful brow range by depth and undertone

A long shade list is not automatically better. Begin with the hair colors and customer groups the brand actually serves, then make sure neighboring shades are visibly different.

Direction Typical Use What to Confirm
Taupe / Blonde Lighter hair and softer definition Avoid excessive warmth or grayness
Ash / Gray Brown Cool-toned natural brows Undertone after application
Soft / Medium Brown Broad everyday range Clear depth difference between shades
Dark Brown / Espresso Deep definition without pure black Payoff and undertone on the target users
Black Brown Very dark hair and stronger definition Avoid a flat or overly harsh result

Formula and application

Evaluate performance according to the product format

Brow products generally aim for lasting color, water resistance, resistance to smudging, smooth application and accurate shade payoff. Hold products need a different evaluation from color pencils and powders.

Pencils and Liquid Pens

Review smooth color deposit, line control, shade accuracy, wear, water resistance and resistance to smudging. The formula must also work with the selected pencil or pen component.

Powder and Pomade

Review pickup, controllable payoff, blendability, shade result and how the product wears after application. Brush or applicator choice affects the result.

Gel, Soap and Wax

Review lasting hold, water resistance, comfort and whether the dried product flakes, turns white or leaves the brows feeling tight.

Existing and custom packaging directions for private label brow products

Packaging comes before quotation

Small brow components require formula and packaging compatibility

A mechanical pencil, liquid pen, gel tube and pomade jar use different filling and application systems. That is why custom formula projects are reviewed together with the component rather than quoted from the formula alone.

Existing package + logo

Available from 500 pieces for the normal private-label route, using the current component structure.

Component color, finish or structure

Any change to the primary component starts from 12,000 pieces. Structural changes require an engineering review and a separate mold quotation.

From brief to production

What we need to review a brow project

A useful inquiry states the exact product, quantity, shade count and packaging route. A reference image is helpful, but it does not replace these commercial details.

01

Define the product

Choose pencil, pen, gel, soap, powder or pomade and explain the intended brow result.

02

Confirm route and quantity

Select an existing 500-piece route or prepare for 6,000–12,000 pieces when formula or component changes are required.

03

Review shades and packaging

Confirm shade count, undertones, existing or custom component and logo or outer-box requirements.

04

Sample, approve and produce

Formula sampling is normally about 15 working days; formula plus packaging sampling normally takes 20–25 working days. Production timing is reconfirmed after approval.

Frequently asked questions

Before requesting a brow product quotation

What is the normal MOQ for private label brow products?

The normal route starts from 500 pieces for one mature product in an existing package with logo decoration. Available shades may be mixed from 100 pieces per shade within the same product and package.

Can I order only 100 pieces?

For selected available products, White Label may be offered from 100 pieces total and 50 pieces per available shade when a buyer genuinely cannot reach the normal 500-piece order. It does not include formula, shade or component customization.

Why does custom brow product development require 6,000–12,000 pieces?

Custom formula projects commonly also require a compatible custom component. Brow pencils, liquid pens and small tubes have specific filling, applicator and material requirements, so the formula and packaging must be reviewed together.

Can I change the color or finish of the brow pencil package?

Any change to the primary component—including color, surface finish or structure—starts from 12,000 pieces. Structural development also requires a separate mold quotation.

Which brow products already have mature formulas and packaging?

Available directions include mechanical brow pencils, fine-tip plastic twist-up pencils, liquid brow pens, tinted brow products, clear brow gel, brow soap or wax, brow powder and brow pomade. Wooden-pencil projects are reviewed separately.

What project budget should a buyer prepare?

A private label brow project normally requires a minimum working budget of about US$1,000. Custom development at 6,000–12,000 pieces requires a larger budget based on the formula, component, shades and mold requirements.
