Our laboratory will then work towards restoring the formula to an 88%-95% similarity with the original. The process can take 1-2 weeks, depending on the complexity of the task.

Secondly, our team will conduct safety and stability tests on the new formula to make sure it is suitable for the skin and has a long shelf life. This usually takes around 2 weeks. Once everything is confirmed, we will ship samples for you to test the quality. You can give us feedback and we will make adjustments accordingly before sending you new samples for further testing.

Finally, we will carry out packaging compatibility tests to ensure the formula is suitable for the chosen containers. Once everything is in order, we can begin mass production.
