Secondly, our team will conduct safety and stability tests on the new formula to make sure it is suitable for the skin and has a long shelf life. This usually takes around 2 weeks. Once everything is confirmed, we will ship samples for you to test the quality. You can give us feedback and we will make adjustments accordingly before sending you new samples for further testing.
